Every Tranquility product features the "Peach Mat Guarantee".  Tranquility promises the unsurpassed overall performance in the areas of skin dryness, odor reduction, urine neutralization and the inhibition of bacterial growth.  With varying absorbancy levels from the 5.7 fluid ounce capacity of the Mini-Booster Pad to the 43.7 fluid ounce capacity of the Peach Sheet Underpad, Heartland Diapers offers the most absorbant products found anywhere.  Tranquility's Disposable Underwear offers a full-rise waist panel for custom fit and cloth like outer layer that is silent and breathable.  The breathable outer layer is made of superior grade, non-woven fabric, which is extremely soft to the touch.  Tranquility also offers a Komfort Monitor® on their Disposable Briefs.  This monitors the fluid level by changing colors from peach (dry) to blue (wet).  When the Komfort Monitor® reaches its maximum length of 10 inches, you know your brief has reached its maximum absorbancy capacity.  The Tranquilty KufGuard® is used in the Disposable Briefs and Disposable Absorbant Underwear. This feature provides extra leak protection and containment of loose bowel movements.  When you add up all of these features of Tranquility Incontinence Products you realize a level of cost effectiveness as well.  Our products have a higher capacity than the national brands and provide added protection against leaks and accidents. What products are best for Bowel Incontinence?
Heartland Diapers recommends using a combination of items for protection against bowel incontinence.  If the TopLiner Booster Contour Pad is used in conjuction with the SlimLine Disposable Briefs, you will receive maximum protection against bowel leakage and embarrasing moments.  Don't forget to include Cleansing Wipes and Vinyl Exam Gloves for added protection.
When will my order be shipped?
When your order is placed, it will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day.

How will my order be shipped?
Because privacy is a concern of yours, it is also a concern of Heartland Diapers, and your order will be delivered in an unmarked box via UPS Ground straight to your front door.

What is your return policy?
We at Heartland Diapers understand that sometimes mistakes in ordering happen.  If for any reason you realize that you need to return your purchase, please contact us via either email or phone within 30 daysof receiving the order and we will issue an RGA for unopened, unused cases of our product.  The customer will still have to pay for freight charges from Heartland Diapers to your door and from your door to Heartland Diapers.  If you need assistance with UPS, please let us know and we can assist you with that as well.
 
We will issue you credit as soon as we can within a reasonable amount of time.  We also reserve the right to charge a restock fee of 20% on items that are returned. If upon inspection of the item, once in our possession, the item has been opened you will be contacted and the item will be sent back to you and you will be charged once again for the freight charges.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order.  Once your order has shipped you can contact us and request an RGA number then the return process starts.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states, but we will explore any opportunity to help one of our customers.  If you live outside our shipping boundries and you want to purchase our products, please email us and let us know your circumstances and we will explore this opportunity together.
